I walk alongside you and your support person (emotionally, physically, educationally) so you can
experience your birth feeling equipped, embraced, and empowered.


A doula is your guide. Not a medical professional. Not a midwife. Never a replacement for your
partner. I support the team you already have, and fill in the gaps where they need me.

What's Included

Doula Services is a full pregnancy-through-postpartum package. Every plan includes:

  • The Foundation Series, all three workshops (the same content covered in I'm Pregnant…, My Water Just Broke…, and I've Just Had A Baby…)

  • Three private 1-hour preparation sessions with Bri, tailored to your pregnancy

  • A personalized birth preferences plan, your priorities, in writing, ready to bring to your provider

  • Postpartum preparation training for you and your support person

  • Support-person coaching so your partner feels confident, not sidelined

  • Unlimited call and text access throughout pregnancy, for the 2 a.m. questions and the "is this normal?" moments

  • One in-home prenatal visit (2 hours), included in higher tiers

  • Labor support, virtual or in-person (see below)

Empowered Beginnings · $362

The "Now What!?!" 4-week childbirth class series. Everything a first-time parent needs to feel informed, confident, and ready.
